Group Itinerary Planner

Based on the GetYourGuide mobile app, this project provides a design solution that help users curate itineraries for family and friends with different needs and interests.

Problems

Get Your Guide is a travel activity ticket booking app. The product function is relatively single, which cannot meet my needs for making more complex multi-person itineraries.

Users cannot make group decision-making in the app

Users cannot effectively plan complex itineraries in the app

Users cannot communicate with other members in the app

The goal is to help users to curate itineraries for family and friends with different needs by providing a group decision-making design solution.

Strategy

Design decision-making processes and interfaces that all group members can join;

Each member’s needs and interests are heard and respected.

Design editable "event cards" and playful UI that users are having fun sharing opinions.
